Scope of Services: Our platform is a digital marketplace for buying and selling used cars, offering auctions, tenders, and related services. Information like car images, pricing, and shipping is for reference only and may not reflect the actual product. 3. Platform Use: By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and other policies (e.g., privacy, cookie, payment). Policies are updated periodically, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes. 4. Changes to Services: We reserve the right to modify or withdraw services at any time without notice and are not responsible for any resulting inconvenience or loss. 5. Liability Disclaimer: Salford for Luxury Cars does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality or safety of vehicles, or that transactions will be completed. We are not liable for any issues between buyers and sellers, including payment or delivery. 6. Selling a Vehicle: Sellers must provide accurate details about their vehicles. We may advertise cars with the owner's contact information. Any errors or omissions are the seller's responsibility. 7. Buying a Vehicle: Buyers must pay a deposit to reserve a vehicle, which is non-refundable. Inspections must be carried out at an approved facility within 24 hours. Vehicles are sold “as is” without warranties from Salford for Luxury Cars. 8. Refunds: Deposits are refundable only if an RTA inspection finds major mechanical defects. Cosmetic issues or wear and tear are not grounds for a refund. 9. Warranties & Service Contracts: Any warranties or service contracts are through third-party providers. Salford for Luxury Cars is not responsible for their terms or actions. 10. Disputes & Governing Law: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under UAE law.
